Dreams don't work unless you do
Dreams don't work unless you do
Today is my birthday. I look back at the last year and am grateful for every day we have had. A year ago this virus called Covid, or Coronavirus was new and appearing from China. News reports of cities in lockdown emerged and borders suddenly closed. No one really understood what was happening or how much our lives would change in the coming twelve months. I decided to follow my dreams and I’m now a Health Coach. The children have had school at home via the internet, and I have been studying and working towards my qualification. It has been hard work to achieve my dreams but it was something I needed to do for myself, my family and others who struggle with auto-immune conditions. Having something to study and concentrate on gave me some stability and something to strive for in an otherwise hectic and insane period of my life.
Since I have changed profession, I feel that everything before was leading me to this point. All the knowledge I have gained previously has held me in good stead on the journey this year. My dream came true, but I have worked very hard to achieve it.
Today I am going to celebrate my birthday with my family and be grateful for the year we have had and for the many blessings in it.
