Always remember
‘Always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.’ Christopher Robin
Do you believe that we are what we believe we are!
Our thoughts of ourselves either build us up or tear us down.
What do you think about positive thinking?
How do you speak about yourself and others?
Do you speak in a meaningful way to create a confident outlook?
If you have a problem with negative thoughts or actions, then you could try some of these suggestions on how to turn these into positive thoughts:
Observe your body language and, if necessary, change it. Think confidence!
Talk it out. Sometimes simply having a conversation with someone can help remove the negativity that builds up inside of us. It gives us perspective so we can deal with the root problem.
Calm your mind for one minute of all thought. A simple meditation of deep breathing and emptying your mind is like a system reboot for our thoughts.
Change how you think. Remove should and choose could. Try and put a positive spin on things. It isn’t easy but worth the effort.
Creativity gives us an outlet for thoughts. It can help us explore our emotions, so try writing, painting, photography.
Walking can clear your mind. Be mindful of your environment around us and distance yourself from your internal thoughts for ten minutes a day.
Gratitude is so important. Even on a bad day, something would have happened which we can be thankful for. It may be as simple as someone making you a drink at work.
Finally, remember, you are brave, you are strong, you are smart.
