Do you find it easy to spend time on yourself and your needs?
It can be difficult in such a fast-paced, modern life to allow ourselves to slow down enough to enjoy the experiences that surround us.
Self-care can be big - such as a day at a spa, or self-care can be small. It can be as simple as sitting down to listen to music or read a book whilst you enjoy your favourite drink.
We could all build Self-care into our week.
