Just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.
How was your weekend?
Do you feel rested and relaxed? Or are you thinking about the mountain of tasks you have to get completed this week, before the end of the month. Can you believe it’s almost June?

Learning to focus our attention on the present moment and current task at hand instead of allowing our brains to swim in the muddle of the week, month or year ahead is of utmost importance to becoming productive and effective in business or personal goals.
Meditation for five minutes at the start and end of the day can centre you and your thoughts. A gratitude journal can help remind you of all you have achieved and everything you are grateful for. I write my gratitude journal just before bed as I love to go to sleep with all the amazing, happy, peaceful thoughts.
Just focus on today and what you can achieve to get closer to where you want to be.
Be grateful for every step in the right direction.
