You owe it to your body
‘Most people have no idea how good their body is designed to feel.’ Kevin Trudeau
We live in a society that has made our lives less active. In this modern world, it takes time and energy to put our health, our exercise and our self-care first. Time which we feel should be taken up with family, chores, work, checking the numerous electronic devices we have to sure we don’t miss something important!
When we start to look after ourselves, we don’t need to rush in. A small change each day, each week, each month that sticks can be much better than a short fix where we migrate back to bad habits.
This is why a Health Coach course with me is recommended over six months. The changes that we work through are supposed to take this time so that you find what fits, you, what suits you and more importantly your lifestyle and so that we instil changes that will be long lasting.
We can all start in a small way. We can ensure we eat a piece of fruit or vegetable each day. We can start cooking at home. We can exercise for ten minutes each day (even whilst watching your latest programme).
We all owe it to our bodies, to the progress of our lives and the world as a whole to take of ourselves.
When you start to feel the benefits you’ll be astonished you didn’t start sooner!
When you feel it... you’ll know!
